The Health Councils (THC) exists as an impartial focal point for the study of health and human service issues at the local level. The agency facilitates the open and objective discussion of community issues and brings a big picture perspective to the process. The Council works collaboratively with other community organizations and government agencies to improve the service delivery system and create innovative programs.

We partner with and provide services to government agencies, community based organizations, healthcare facilities, healthcare consumers, health advocacy groups through contracts and grants. Services provided by THC staff include:
